Teen Titans OC Alyssa

Say hello to my Teen Titan OC, Alyssa! Ugg, her outfit is supposed to be shiny like a hero's outfits, but I no know how to make things shiny on Paint! And I hate how all the colors are so.... flat, oh well...

Name: Alyssa Moons

Codename/ Hero name: I couldn't think of one, please help me!!!

Age: 16

Hair: Long, straight, milk chocolate brown.

Eyes: An unusual bright shade of turquoise.

Hero/Villan outfit: She wears a navy blue one peice suit, going down to her knees with a large silver cresent moon on it. She has a short skirt over that. The sleeves aren't really contected to the rest of the outfit. She wears a silver belt, with a few pockets and bottles to hold water, in various forms in. She also wears a silver necklace, with a bright, turquoise stone that helps her focus her powers.

Street Outfit: She wears a dull gray shirt and dark jeans. She has a silver necklace with a a bright, turquoise stone that she managed to find in her house.

Personality: Alyssa is shy, but very friendly once you get to know her. She isn't exactally very optimistic, and can be very tempermental. She loves to read, swim (go figure), and gardening. She is very, clumsy on land (when she isn't in battle.)

History: Alyssa always loved water, but didn't really know why. When she was nine however, she discovered her powers. During a water balloon fight at a party, she was scared of getting her brand new dress wet (because of her mom), a water balloon was thrown at her, and before it could hit her, she stopped it. None of them relised it, but her. She ran home, scared. But when she got there, her parents were missing. A through search took place, without any results, but by the time they finished, Alyssa had run away from her new foster parents. She lives on the streets. Since her powers have both a bad, and a good side, so does she. She had to skip from town to town, as soon as they saw who she was. She came across the city where the Titans Tower is located (Steel City right?) and has been laying low. She has used her powers numorus times before, and knows how to use them effeciently. She does not really know the full extent of them yet.

Powers: She technically draws power from the moon, but her powers ARE a control of water. She can sort of waterbend them (like in avatar) but she can control ALL water, in ALL of its forms. So basically, she can control clouds, steam, ice, regular water ect. She didn't want to be dependent on her powers, since there were sometimes for a breif time where they disappeared almost completely, so she knows some martial arts, and some fist fighting moves.

Weakness: In the daytime, her powers are weakend greatly, and at new moons, almost all of her powers are lost. Her powers are also weakend slightly when she is not actually in water. Dry, hot climates (like in deserts) weaken and seem to hurt her.

Good/Evil: She doesn't think herself good OR evil, she's sorta like Red X, technically a villan, but never really killing or ever endangering innocent people's lives. Since she controls water, she has a good and an evil side to her. Sometimes, during full moons, she gets into the phase, where she isn't in control of her actions, she hates it, and again, she can't really control it.
